I baked cinnamon rolls.  Oh man, if you could only blog SMELLS.  It smells awesome right now.

I'm not huge on icing so I didn't make any to go with these.  The filling is enough for me: brown sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and butter.  Drool.

I also used to be slightly afraid of using yeast in baking, but these cinnamon buns have taught me that there is nothing to fear.

I've already eaten two…and…a half.
