I adore different color varieties of vegetables. White asparagus, orange bell peppers, Mirabelle plums, white peaches, Mount Ranier cherries and blood oranges. To me, they always taste different from the original and it clearly displays nature’s delicious genetics. So this summer when I was choosing tomato plants for the garden, I made sure to plant two varieties of yellow tomatoes: Great White and Golden Jubilee. The Great Whites aren’t quite ripe yet and are a true yellow tomato. I can’t wait for those. But the the Golden Jubilees are definitely ready right now and are an amazing bright orange color. Beautiful AND yummy (I hope)!
